Do I need an account?

No. Open dot. and talk to it. Your things sync between your iPhone and Apple Watch through your own iCloud.

Where is everything kept?

On your phone and in your private iCloud. When dot. talks back, the words it needs go to Claude to work out the answer. Turn on Private mode in Settings to keep everything on your phone. The privacy page has the details.

How do I use it on my Apple Watch?

Install dot. on your iPhone, then open it on your watch. If it isn't there, open the Watch app on your iPhone and install it from the list.

dot. says its brain is resting.

Talking with dot. has a daily limit for each phone. Until tomorrow it answers with Apple's on-device model, and it still catches everything you say.

How do I delete everything?

In Settings, tap Erase everything. It deletes everything dot. has on your phone and in your iCloud.
